About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities
In the role of support technician/first line support, your main task will be to handle incoming IT issues via phone, email, chat & portal. You will have daily customer contact and will carry out troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance in various systems and environments, primarily Windows environments. Furthermore, you will be part of a wonderful and cohesive team and will be offered a thorough introduction and training sessions.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Completed education (at least high school level), preferably in IT, data, or technology
- Good knowledge of Windows. MacOS is a plus.
- Previous experience in first line support/service desk or customer service is advantageous
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure/Cloud, and Exchange/O365 is a plus
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
To succeed in this role, you have a solid interest in data/IT and look forward to developing in this area. We believe you have a good sense of service and are communicative in both speech and writing. You describe yourself as a positive team player as you are unpretentious, helpful, and thrive in social settings. Solving problems is close to your heart.
