About the role As a service coordinator in the fire suppression and alarm department, you will play a central role in Dafo's service operations. Your primary task is to provide first-class service and support both internally and externally to Dafo's customers, service technicians, and other employees. You will have a coordinating role that involves case management, contract management, and some financial administration. You will have a varied workday with many points of contact and will work in several different systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and Mobigo.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, and maintains a high level of service!

Your closest team consists of about 12 service technicians working in the field, as well as another service coordinator and a project manager with whom you will work very closely at the office in Tyresö. In total, about 90 people work at the office.

Your responsibilities • External and internal support to Dafo's customers, technicians, and other employees. • Ongoing administration such as contract management, order management, and invoicing. • Incoming orders and handling other cases via phone and email. • Prepare cost proposals for contracts and service actions. • Handover from installation projects to service. • Coordinate and distribute work to the technicians. • Receive fault reports. Qualifications • At least 1-2 years of experience in similar tasks, such as customer service, order management, or coordination. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, preferably with Excel skills and system familiarity. • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Experience in contract management and financial administration (invoicing) is an advantage. Note! For this role, a background check and Swedish citizenship are required; the final candidate will undergo a background check and security clearance.

Scope and placement

This is a direct recruitment to Dafo Brand, with a 6-month probationary period. The position is full-time with reduced working hours and working hours: 8-5 Monday-Thursday and 8-3 on Fridays.
