About the assignment

Bemannia is now accepting expressions of interest from those who have a high school education and work experience as a registrar! We will be forwarding assignments to organizations within the public sector. As a consultant with us, you will receive a fixed-term employment, which means that you will be employed for the assignment we match you for and that you are interested in!

Your tasks

We offer you assignments with our clients who operate within the public sector. The tasks may vary within the framework of the role, examples of tasks include:

• Working with registration, case management, mail handling, document processing, some archiving, and dispatch
• Providing support and service to the public and staff
• Disclosing information from public records

Your qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations governing public operations and the registrar's function and responsibilities
• At least one (1) full year of current work experience in the role
• Good knowledge of MS Office - good knowledge means that you are accustomed to working with the MS Office packages
• Good familiarity with document and case management systems (for example, Platina or Public 360)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Must be able to provide reference assignments from the last two years that confirm your work experience in the relevant area

Meritorious

• Certified registrar training
• Good familiarity with student registration systems may be required
