Job Description

As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for the contact with the workshop's customers throughout the entire process and provide support and guidance. Our customers should feel that they have received a professional response and exceptional service before, during, and after their visit.

Your main tasks will include booking customers, receiving the customer's car, pricing the completed work, and finally reviewing the completed work with the customer upon handing over their car. You will also work with value-added sales, assess warranty claims, process customer complaints, handle insurance damages, and guide customers on technical issues. Therefore, we expect you to have a strong interest in cars. In addition to your personal customer interaction, the computer and its systems will be your primary tools.

Qualifications

• You are aware of what good service means.
• High stress tolerance.
• Previous experience in service professions.
• Approved high school education.
• Good administrative skills.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Office suite.
• You have at least a B driver's license. Manual transmission is a requirement.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as English to read manuals and communicate with tourist customers.

Meritorious

• Documented experience in similar tasks
• Strong interest and some experience in the automotive industry
• Automotive technical education
• Experience working in Automaster; CABAS, CABplan, ELSA, and ETKA
• Trained and certified damage estimator according to CVDA
• Experience and knowledge of any of our brands (Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Audi).
