ABOUT THE POSITION

LTC Services is an IT company that takes full responsibility for its customers' IT functions, infrastructure, and security. This includes support, operations, and preventive work for both mission-critical systems and applications, networks, and data communication, as well as digital protection against intrusions and viruses. The role involves working with customers' IT environments - remotely and on-site. Therefore, we require a person who thrives in a role where technical expertise, service, and collaboration are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have a varied everyday life where you sometimes work with colleagues on projects and sometimes independently in operations, troubleshooting, and support. Your tasks will include:

Configuration, installation, and operation of Windows servers and virtualization environments (VMware)
Configuration, installation, and operation of network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, and wireless networks
Configuration and installation of third-party applications (e.g., Visma, Hogia, Winserv) on servers, including remote access/RemoteApp solutions
Advanced troubleshooting and resolution
Supporting colleagues in configuration, installation, and troubleshooting
Advising customers on IT security and improvements in the IT environment

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has several years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server and VMware
Has experience installing and configuring business applications
Has a good understanding of networks, including firewalls (preferably FortiNet or Clavister), switches (HPE/Aruba or FortiNet), and WiFi
Has a valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

Experience as a Global Admin in Microsoft 365 (security settings, conditional access, Exchange)
Knowledge of HPE Storage and operation of storage environments
Experience managing entire VMware environments (server and storage)
