• enjoy having direct customer contact and express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing.

About the role

As a product specialist, you will be a central part of the customer service team where you, together with 29 colleagues, work to deliver top-class service. The role is both technical and communicative, and you will have a significant influence on how our customers experience support from Sokigo.

Since the job involves both customer contact and training responsibilities, you need to be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Therefore, we also expect your application to be written in Swedish.

Your tasks

In your work, you will, among other things:

• provide qualified support for our in-house developed solutions Abou and Minut products,
• troubleshoot and solve problems in close dialogue with customers via phone, case management systems, and remote connections,
• connect to customers' servers via various types of VPN solutions for analysis and problem-solving,
• understand customers' processes and configurations to ensure our solutions are used optimally,
• work in complex systems where the questions vary from day to day.

This is a varied and developing job where you will learn something new almost every week.
