About the Position Our client in Täby is looking for two personal assistants who want to work as on-call substitutes as needed. To be considered for this position, you must be able to step in at short notice during the absence of regular assistants due to vacation or illness. You also need to be able to work varying hours.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

  • 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM
  • 04:00 PM - 09:00 AM (9 hours of waiting time overnight)

Start date is according to agreement, and we hope you can begin training immediately.

 About the Client

The client lives in Täby and is an active man in his 60s. He enjoys cooking and is handy, liking to fix things around the house. Our client needs help in his daily life as he has previously suffered a stroke. He has no verbal communication. The client uses a wheelchair and has an adapted home.

 The tasks are as follows:

  • Assist with daily routines such as household chores
  • Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
  • Transfers may require lifting

Are you the person the client is looking for?

As a person, you are attentive, solution-oriented, proactive, and open to learning how to communicate with the client based on his needs. Additionally, you have an interest in being meticulous and organized, qualities that the client appreciates in his home. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish
  • Experience as a personal assistant
  • Professional experience with brain injuries

Merits:

  • Professional experience with aphasia

Employment Level: 2 on-call substitutes as needed

Start Date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
