Your new role

Are you creative, curious, and ready to turn ideas into concrete results? We are now looking for a service designer for our client in the public sector – an exciting opportunity for you who want to contribute with both energy and new perspectives in a strategically strong team.

As a service designer, you will be a central part of the team that transforms insights into solutions. You will work practically to create visualizations, prototypes, and tests, and contribute to making concepts usable deliveries.

Examples of tasks

• Visualize and package materials clearly and appealingly (e.g., in PowerPoint or Collaboard).
• Make data from Qlik and Excel understandable and usable through smart visualization.
• Present insights and materials professionally – even for steering groups.
• Contribute to concept development and translate ideas into UX flows.
• Create testable prototypes – from simple sketches to digital variants.
• Conduct usability tests, including quick “ninja tests.”
• Develop content for service blueprints.

To be successful in this role, you need

• 3-5 years of experience in service design
• Basic experience in working with both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to independently drive simpler usability tests (even without established processes)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to visualize and package materials clearly.
• Preferred: Experience working in the public sector.
• Preferred: Experience working in the intersection of service design and UX
• Preferred: Experience creating service blueprints.
• Preferred: Previous experience presenting to steering groups or management.

Work model: Hybrid (on-site in Solna 2-3 days a week) Salary: Approx. 35-40,000 SEK/month Start: Immediately.
