About the job

As a customer service representative, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Danish and English. Your task will be to guide customers in a professional and pedagogical manner – from solving problems to explaining functions and services.

You will start with a paid introductory program, where you will receive all the training and tools you need to feel well-prepared for the role. After that, there will be great opportunities for you to develop and take the next step in your career through internal courses and career paths.

We are looking for you who:

- Have completed a high school education

- Speak and write Danish and English fluently

- Are communicative, curious, and solution-oriented

- Have experience in customer service, support, or other service (an advantage, but not a requirement)
