We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking customer service representative for a permanent position in Solna.

Job description

As a customer service representative, you will support customers via phone, email, and chat in Finnish and English. Your job is to guide customers clearly and kindly – from solving problems to assisting with services and functions.

The employment begins with a paid orientation during which you will receive all the necessary training and support. After that, you will have excellent opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career through internal training programs and career paths.

We expect from you:

- Secondary education (e.g., high school or vocational training)

- Fluent Finnish and English skills, both written and spoken

- Good communication skills, curiosity, and a solution-oriented attitude

- Experience in customer service or other service work is an advantage, but not essential
