We are now looking for dedicated employees for group housing according to the Act on Support and Service (LSS). In the group housing, users live in their own apartments, and there is a common area and staff office nearby.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The user-centered work includes supporting, motivating, and assisting users in their daily lives. We work based on individual implementation plans and provide services to and with the user based on the individual's needs. We work from the users' homes and accompany them to medical visits, leisure activities, etc. The support measures should promote the user's integrity, participation, and are carried out with respect for the individual's self-determination. The work also includes supporting internal and external contacts such as financial assistance, case managers, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, legal representatives, workplaces, psychiatry, healthcare, etc. You are also expected to work as a contact person, which means extra responsibility for several users.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a person, you have the ability to think and carry out assignments/activities independently within the framework of the organization. You also need to be able to work closely with your colleagues and unit manager. You can work with complex issues and can quickly analyze situations and make decisions.

You are relationship-building and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have a problem-solving analytical ability. You have a good structural ability where planning in daily work is an important part.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required for the assignment, as well as good computer skills and the ability to document; experience with Lifecare is an advantage.

We would like you to have professional experience working with individuals with diagnoses within the autism spectrum, neuropsychiatric diagnoses, and substance abuse issues.

Education as a social pedagogue, support pedagogue, or equivalent nursing education with several years of experience in the above or other education that the employer considers equivalent is advantageous.

A driver's license is desirable.
