Responsibilities

As a Property Manager/Repair Technician, you will be responsible for a service-oriented and efficient management. In this role, you will address maintenance requests from tenants, and your workdays will vary with different types of tasks. Your main responsibilities include:

Ensuring that we provide pleasant living conditions for our tenants in the area by keeping properties whole, clean, and functional both inside and outside the buildings. Regular inspections of your properties where you address any issues discovered.
Maintenance of green areas and paved surfaces.
Cleaning and rounds of stairwells, attics, basements, and laundry rooms.
Repair work such as construction and maintenance, basic plumbing, and installation of appliances.
Work with planned maintenance and proactive measures.
Verification of invoices and purchasing of materials.
Snow removal and ice control.
Participate in the company's emergency response organization.

Our handling of maintenance requests and rounds is done via mobile applications.

Qualifications

High school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property management or equivalent relevant work experience.
Good computer skills and experience working with digital tools.
Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (additional language skills are highly meritorious).
Driver's license (B).
Previous experience in property management, construction, or plumbing is an advantage.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has worked as a property manager or in a similar role. You are used to working independently and also have a knack for teamwork.

Knowledge and education in property management are desirable, as well as knowledge in plumbing, ventilation, construction, and control systems.

You should be solution-oriented and practically minded to best meet the needs of tenants and deliver quality service.

You have a well-developed ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. Multilingualism is an advantage. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

You will be our face to the public by being visible and available to our customers daily.

You are reliable, engaged, structured, and have good collaboration skills with both customers and colleagues. You have a positive attitude and communicate in a responsive and humble manner.
