Description
We aim to be the world's leading camping chain by focusing on innovation, sustainability, and data-driven guest insights.
Therefore, we want all our employees to be driven by creating added value, not just for our guests but also for each other. Some who have a significant responsibility for creating added value and a good experience at the destinations are our Property Managers - and we now want to add a new colleague.
Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you will work hands-on with all ongoing maintenance and management at the destination, which includes lawn mowing, minor repairs, cleaning, and similar tasks. Your responsibilities cover buildings, grounds, playgrounds, pool areas, and vehicles. It also includes the tools and machinery required for maintenance. In addition to the operational responsibilities, you are also responsible for ensuring that there are routine lists for the janitorial services, making sure there are updated checklists and manuals for maintenance, as well as collaborating with the property department to plan and execute property development projects. During the summer, you will be the supervisor for the janitors at the destination.
In line with creating added value for each other and our customers, everyone working at the destinations should be able to pitch in where needed, which means that as a Property Manager, you will also work with reception and cleaning at the destination.
There is a shared responsibility for on-call duty in the position, as well as work during evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
To fit into the role of Property Manager, you have a strong interest and curiosity for technology and overall maintenance. You are good at communicating, collaborate well with others, and have the ability to take overall responsibility where you plan and structure the work for yourself and others. You should also feel comfortable handling guest inquiries, complaints, and working with service.
We prefer that you have further education in maintenance, technology, or construction, but it is not a requirement. However, you must have completed high school education. The job requires that you have previous experience working with property maintenance and green areas, property management, or similar tasks, as well as having a solid understanding of property maintenance. You should also have good general IT skills and be accustomed to using various tools/programs to plan and follow up on your work. A requirement is also that you communicate very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
