Electrician at Hultsfreds Bostäder

Hultsfreds Bostäder is a municipal housing company in Hultsfred municipality. We own and manage over 1,450 residential apartments, 190 commercial premises, and are responsible for managing the properties of the municipal group. Hultsfreds Bostäder offers rental housing and premises in several locations within Hultsfred municipality. The company currently has about 53 employees who all work to ensure our tenants feel at home.

Your New Job

As an electrician at ABHB, you will be part of our technical department and responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing your service assignments for our tenants. The work involves troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance projects, and new installations, as well as investigations/troubleshooting and action proposals. In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the property department operates according to statutory regulations and guidelines and their compliance. You will be the electrical installation manager for Hultsfreds Bostäder. On-call duty may be included in the position.

You will work together with other employees to drive the company's work forward and to take care of our tenants in the best possible way, both in the private sector and in municipal operations. If you are a person who sees solutions instead of problems and can work well both in a team and independently, this could be the job for you!

Your Qualifications

You should be a qualified electrician with general authorization and hold an ECY certificate or authorization from the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority. We also expect you to have previously worked as a service electrician and preferably have experience in control and regulation technology. It is desirable that you have a certificate for mobile work platforms and hot work.

All types of installations in properties
Larger renovations, local adaptations, and smaller repairs
Maintenance of apartments

We expect you to always prioritize the best interests of the business and be accustomed to working towards set goals. We also want you to have good computer skills to handle everyday technical issues.

As a person, we want you to be responsible, organized, and meticulous, and we place great importance on personal qualities. The job requires flexibility, good collaboration skills, and a high level of service.

Our absolute requirements are that you speak and write Swedish fluently and have a B driver's license.
