At Centio, we are looking for a Salesperson/Account Manager for our office in Vällingby.

The position is full-time.

Background

Centio Consulting Group is a consulting company that offers consulting services primarily to the public sector. The company provides resources in areas such as construction, IT, procurement, finance, etc.

We are now taking the next step in our journey and broadening our customer base to also establish ourselves in the private market, with a particular focus on contracting companies. We are a small, close-knit team characterized by commitment, freedom with responsibility, and a strong desire to grow together.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a growth journey from the beginning. In the role of Salesperson and Account Manager, you will have a key position where you help establish Centio in the private market. You will work closely with management and have significant authority to influence both strategy and working methods.

Responsibilities

As a Salesperson / Account Manager with us, you will:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the private sector
  • Independently drive the entire sales process – from initial contact to contract
  • Engage in dialogue with decision-makers and understand their needs, challenges, and requirements
  • Create, develop, and nurture long-term customer relationships
  • Be responsible for your own sales budget and actively contribute to the company's growth
  • Work closely with management to shape sales strategy, routines, and working methods
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure quality and proper consultant matching

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within consulting or service sectors
  • Experienced in new customer acquisition and have a strong drive
  • Experience in negotiating and closing contracts
  • Skilled in building and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Strategically minded and able to work independently and systematically
  • Motivated by goals and take ownership of your pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

  • An existing network within entrepreneur-led companies or other industries that can contribute to business development, preferably entrepreneurs in construction and infrastructure
  • Experience and understanding of the consulting business within construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure
  • Previous experience working in growth companies or in building a sales organization
