Become our client's new machine operator – a key role in production!

Are you a responsible, detail-oriented, and technically interested person who wants to help drive production forward? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are looking for an engaged machine operator who, with high attendance and proactivity, wants to ensure a stable, safe, and efficient production flow.

As a machine operator, you are the one who "owns" the daily operation of the machine. Your attention and actions are crucial for both production results and quality. You work to minimize unplanned downtime and ensure that we achieve goals for availability, performance, and quality.

You work proactively to prevent problems, follow standardized procedures for operation and maintenance, and report deviations to enable continuous improvements. You are also an important cog that contributes to a good safety culture and collaborates with colleagues, shift leaders, and UH technicians to develop production.

We value that you are responsible and detail-oriented. You have good teamwork skills and want to share your knowledge with colleagues. You are solution-oriented and have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and contribute with risk observations.
• Run production according to daily planning with good productivity.
• Contribute to a clean and organized production area.

Qualifications

• High school education.
• Technical experience from the industrial or process industry.
• Forklift license (meritorious).
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic knowledge of English.
