Finance and Payroll Administrator for International Company

The company has its headquarters in the Örkelljunga area and is now looking for a finance and payroll administrator who wants to become an important cog in the business.

The Position

As a finance and payroll administrator, you will have a central role in the finance team. You will be responsible for payroll administration for both salaried employees and hourly workers, as well as working with accounts receivable and accounts payable. In addition, you will support various parts of accounting and the year-end closing process. Travel to the company's unit in Gislaved may occur once a month.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration and payroll reporting

• Administration of personnel matters and certificates (e.g., Social Insurance Agency, employer certificates)

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Invoice management

• Ongoing accounting and reconciliations

• Support during monthly closings

Profile

We are looking for someone with relevant education in finance or payroll and at least two years of experience in a similar role. You are comfortable working independently but also appreciate collaboration with colleagues.

• Proficient in Excel and familiar with various business systems

• Experience with Monitor G5 and/or Flex HRM (preferred)

• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Have a driver's license and access to a car
