Are you Prorenata's new frontend developer?

We are looking for an experienced frontend developer who appreciates technical challenges in complex systems and wants to work with a product that makes a difference in a team that enjoys solving problems together. Is that you?

Prorenata develops user-friendly, efficient, and engaging tools for our users, who often have to deal with difficult-to-use and outdated systems. We have been profitable for ten years, are growing rapidly, and have an office in central Stockholm.

Our product, Prorenata Journal, is a journal system for student health and is used by the majority of Sweden's municipalities.

At Prorenata, several modern open-source web technologies are used to build our product – on the frontend side, it mainly involves TypeScript, Vue.js, Vite, Storybook, etc.

The history of Prorenata

Prorenata was founded in 2010 and has grown organically by about 25% per year. We are entirely customer-funded and driven by meeting our customers' needs.

About the Role:

As a frontend developer at Prorenata, you will play a crucial role in designing user interfaces and ensuring smooth integration between frontend and backend. You will be part of the work to renew and modernize the systems while ensuring high-quality code and following industry best practices.

We are looking for a frontend developer with at least 5 years of experience and deep technical expertise in TypeScript and Vue.js. Experience with other declarative frontend frameworks, such as React, Svelte, or Angular, is of course also a merit.

You have worked with various frameworks and technologies and have experience managing large codebases. As a technically curious person, you always stay updated and are ready to implement new techniques and tools to improve and streamline projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate closely with backend developers to create cohesive and user-friendly solutions.
• Work with reusable components and patterns in both design and code.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new frontend technologies to stay at the forefront.
• Create and maintain the user interface on our platforms with a focus on user experience, interactivity, and accessibility.
• Deliver continuous improvements and new functionality in Prorenata's systems.
• Actively contribute to setting up strategies and architecture for technical solutions and follow up with implementation and maintenance.
• Address security vulnerabilities and ensure quality standards are met to minimize technical debt.
