About the team

At Svea Bank, we focus on forming stable and autonomous teams where everyone contributes ideas and thoughts to create a dynamic and creative development environment. You will be part of the auth team within Common Services, an area that builds central services for Svea's business areas. The team provides services focusing on login, digital identification/signing, and authentication, and you will work with both vendor solutions and in-house built systems. Here, you will work strategically with innovative solutions for users, fitting into both new and existing architecture with clean code.

Your work will involve:

• Creating robust technical solutions
• Developing, testing, and maintaining applications with high demands on operation and security
• Having close collaboration and dialogue with your colleagues (developers, product owners, and business)
• Building solid solutions for both national and international systems
• Acting as a mentor for junior developers in the team

Who are you?

You have a solid background in development through which you possess the ability to create simple and clean code even in occasionally complex environments. When faced with a new problem, you take the time and commitment to understand the task and its root causes to come up with solutions before you start writing code. You love technology and reasoning about suitable solutions for what is being built and are happy to act as a mentor for other developers in the team. This position suits you if you have a strong interest in authentication solutions, enjoy collaborating, and want the freedom to contribute your ideas.

You have:

• Worked in a Microsoft environment and are comfortable with .NET, C#, git, CI/CD, and automation of testing flows
• Experience and enjoyment in working test-driven
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL
• Experience with event sourcing and event-driven software
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms
• Experience with authentication solutions is a big plus
• A bonus is if you have skills in F#

A degree from a college/university in system development can be useful, but we also recognize that you may have gained your knowledge and skills in other ways.
