We are looking for an experienced Onsite Technician with a couple of years of experience in IT who wants a varied and developing everyday life with a broad role and the opportunity to participate in potential IT projects. 

As an Onsite Technician, you will have a central role where you work with technology and have a lot of contact with users, while contributing to improvements and efficiencies in your area. Do you want to develop within IT, work with troubleshooting, and work hands-on with technology? Then this could be the right opportunity for you!

We see that you have experience in:

• Active Directory, EntraID, Intune
• Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications
• On- and offboarding processes
• Basic troubleshooting of networks/WiFi, laptops, and printers
• Experience with ticketing systems and documentation
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Preferred if you have experience with MacOS and Jamf
• Preferred if you have experience with server configuration
