About the team

The work involves you being part of:

• Creating robust technical solutions
• Testing, developing, and maintaining applications
• Having close collaboration and dialogue with your colleagues (developers, product owners, and business)
• Building solid solutions nationally with scalability to introduce internationally
• Acting as a mentor for junior developers in the team

Who are you?

You have a solid background in development through which you have the ability to create simple and clean code even in occasionally complex environments. When confronted with a new problem, you spend time and engagement understanding the task and its root causes to come up with solution proposals before you start writing code. You love technology and reasoning about appropriate solutions for what is being built and are happy to act as a mentor for other developers in the team. This position suits you if you have worked in banking and finance and have an interest in customer and credit data. Furthermore, you thrive in a role with a lot of freedom under responsibility, where you are expected to share your ideas.

You have:

• Worked in a Microsoft environment and are comfortable with .NET, C#, git, CI/CD, and automation of test flows
• Experience and enjoy working test-driven
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL
• Experience with event sourcing and event-driven software
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Experience working with business-critical applications in banking, insurance, or the legal field is a big plus
• A bonus is if you have skills or interest in F#

A degree from a college/university in system development can be useful, but we also see that you may have gained your knowledge and skills in other ways.
