About the position

As a customer service agent with us, you will work in large bright offices in Lund with good communication options for those who travel by public transport. If you travel by car, we have a large free parking area adjacent to the building.

During the introduction, we prefer that you work in the office. Once you have settled into the role, there is also the opportunity to work remotely.

You will work in a team where you together are the face of the brand, being the first point of contact for customers via calls, emails, and chat. Team spirit, job satisfaction, good service, and development permeate our workdays.

Working hours

The working hours are varied and can be scheduled both during the day, evenings, and weekends. The most important thing is that you are flexible and open to different shifts.

Salary

With us, you always have a secure guaranteed salary per month. In addition, there is the opportunity to influence your salary through commission, which means that good work can provide a little extra in your paycheck. This way, we combine stability with the opportunity for development.

Office / Remote work

We work both at the office in Lund and remotely. If you live within commuting distance, we would like you to work in the office during your introduction (about 2-3 weeks), after which you can combine it with remote work.

Employment type and scope

We are looking for both:

• Full-time employees (20–40 hours/week)

• Part-time employees (extra as needed)

For full-time employment, a probationary period is offered followed by a permanent position. For part-time employment, you work extra as agreed.

Who are we looking for?

For the position, it is required that you:

• have good Swedish language skills in speaking and writing

• have a high school education or equivalent experience

• have previous work experience and references

You are receptive to feedback and view challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Experience in customer service is a plus, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personality and willingness to develop.

Start date
