Solution Architect for Digital Workplace

Do you want to help create a modern, secure, and user-friendly IT workplace for thousands of employees? We are now looking for a solution architect who wants to take strategic responsibility for the development of digital workplace solutions – focusing on devices and applications.

This assignment in Solna is a consulting position for six months with the ambition that the employment will then transition to the client. As a consultant at Centric, you will of course have a secure employment and gain valuable work experience through assignments with our clients. Responsibilities

In the role of solution architect focusing on the digital workplace, you will:

• Collaborate with service managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop strategies and designs for platforms, devices, and applications
• Propose and optimize solutions within Citrix, Intune, and application management
• Lead implementations and ensure that technical standards are followed
• Provide advice and expert support to product owners and other key personnel
• Communicate effectively in both Swedish and English with internal and external parties

The Workplace department currently consists of about 15 team members responsible for the IT workplace for both administrative and production staff. The IT environment is constantly evolving, and the goal is to provide secure, reliable, and user-friendly services. The work maintains a continuous focus on the organization's overall vision and strategies to ensure that the IT workplace supports business needs and market position.

The organization applies the principle of a flexible workplace, but physical presence three days a week is expected – this is planned in consultation with the client. The main office is located in Solna.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in the digital workplace who thrives in a strategic and collaborative role. You are communicative, structured, and have an easy time building long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Technical expertise in Citrix, Intune, packaging, and print management
• Experience with outsourced work environments and remote collaboration
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders
• Independent and goal-oriented with the ability to deliver within given timeframes
• Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

Certifications such as Citrix Certified Expert or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
