Your new position

You will work in a support role for the construction industry in a service desk that handles cases ranging from 1st to 2nd line support. You will be part of a small team of about 3 people who help each other solve various problems.

Your background

• Experience in IT support within Windows. 
• It is a great advantage if you speak Finnish.
• Must be able to start immediately.

You as a person Flexible and adaptable. Able to work independently and in a team. Helpful towards users. Open-minded and resilient.
