Are you studying IT and want to combine your studies with a rewarding part-time job? At Axfood IT, you will have the opportunity to develop and be challenged in an IT support role at one of the largest companies in the Nordic grocery retail sector.

About the position

This is a part-time assignment where you are expected to work two fixed days a week (Mondays and Tuesdays). In addition, you will be part of Axfood's student pool, which means you may be called in as needed and can work more during the summer and Christmas periods. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Axfood IT.

The IT organization currently consists of about 200 employees divided between development and delivery. Job responsibilities

In the role of IT support at Axfood IT, you will provide support to the company's stores, warehouses, and offices regarding IT-related issues concerning user and access requests. You will be responsible for incoming cases, which primarily come in via phone and are then logged in the case management system. You will support both employees and users. Most cases and questions are related to Office 365, Windows, Active Directory, and SAP. At the beginning of your employment, you will receive thorough training in systems and working methods.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Ongoing post-secondary education in IT (at least 1 year left of studies) • Experience in service work, preferably from a grocery store, is an advantage • Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows 10 • You express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish

To fit in this role, we believe you have a good sense of service and are used to handling stressful situations in a calm and methodical manner. In this role, you provide support both via phone and email, so you should feel comfortable reaching out and communicating with new people. Additionally, you should enjoy working in a team and solving problems, both independently and collaboratively.
