About the role

You will be part of the operations and support department consisting of system administrators, network and support technicians. In this role, you will handle a variety of both customer and internal issues ranging from second-line support to more complex third-line issues. Together with your competent colleagues, you will work closely to find the best solutions. You will also be responsible for the operation of internal IT and customer systems as well as maintenance of Linux servers.

Is this you?

We are looking for someone with a strong drive who really wants to become highly skilled in their role, as well as a desire and interest to develop long-term and deepen your knowledge of the products and systems you work with.

We also see that you have:

• A post-secondary education in networking, IT security, system administration, or equivalent, or relevant work experience in IT operations.
• Experience in IT support or operations technician.
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments, clients, as well as networking knowledge in switching, routing, TCP/IP.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
