Who are you?

Are you an experienced full-stack developer looking for new challenges with a great team in Malmö? Then Nexer might be for you!

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in system development within C#/.NET. As a developer, you will be part of our team of engaged colleagues who are passionate about technology and find coding to be the most enjoyable activity.

We believe you have experience in:

• Backend development in C#/.NET
• Frontend frameworks, e.g., React or Vue.js
• Microsoft Dynamics

Extra plus (but not a requirement):

• Experience with cloud environments like Azure (or similar)

The role requires you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form – a prerequisite for succeeding in our client dialogues and collaborations.

Knowledge is, of course, important, but even more important is how you are as a person. We are looking for someone who is communicative and confident in discussing solutions with various parts of the organization. You understand processes and have a strong quality mindset – you code for the future, not just for functionality.

As a person, you enjoy:

• Collaborating in a team but also taking individual responsibility
• Contributing ideas and engaging in internal initiatives such as Tech Forum, Hackathons, and Learning Lunches
• Sharing a passion for development while also valuing having fun at work

If you also have experience from the consulting role, that is a big plus.
