We are looking for a relationship-building and engaged individual for the position of Junior Account Manager with our client in Södermalm. About the role – Junior Account Manager in Södermalm

In the role of Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with both new and existing clients. You will proactively identify business opportunities, drive sales processes, and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will be an important player in our sales team and receive continuous coaching and development opportunities in a creative and inclusive work environment in Södermalm.

Sales and customer management tasks

  • Prospect and establish contact with new potential customers via phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Schedule and follow up on customer meetings, both digitally and physically
  • Present and sell the company’s products and services based on customer needs
  • Create, develop, and nurture strong customer relationships and contribute to increased customer loyalty
  • Administer sales activities and continuously update customer data in the CRM system
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and customer support for the best possible customer experience

Your profile – experiences and qualities as a Junior Account Manager

  • High school diploma
  • Interest in business development and relationship-driven sales
  • Communicative, attentive, and engaged in interactions with others
  • Good computer and system skills, as well as the ability to quickly learn new digital tools
  • Structured, self-driven, and results-oriented with a desire to develop
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, with good knowledge of English being an advantage

Desirable experiences in sales and customer relations in Stockholm

  • Experience in inside sales, account management, telemarketing, or customer service
  • Internship or work experience in B2B sales or business relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
