Carla was founded in 2020 in Stockholm and we are currently in an exciting growth phase. About the role As a Planner/Workshop Administrator at Carla, your main responsibility will be to manage and optimize cost estimates with our partners and ensure an efficient flow of all cars through the production process. You will be the hub of our operations, responsible for coordinating and planning deliveries, spare parts, and workshop visits to maximize both cost-effectiveness and quality. Your role is central to maintaining a smooth and flawless production process. Your main tasks will include:

• Planning the car flow: Organize and optimize the flow of all incoming cars through the production process, from arrival to delivery, to ensure a smooth and efficient production chain.
• Monitoring supplier lead times: Carefully monitor and follow up lead times from our suppliers to ensure that production does not stall and that all parts are available on time.
• Managing cost estimates: Analyze and manage cost estimates from Carla's partners, including car workshops and spare parts suppliers, to ensure that all deals are made at the best possible price and quality.
• Coordinating with external partners: Collaborate closely with car workshops, spare parts suppliers, and other external parties to coordinate and schedule the pickup and delivery of vehicles and parts.
• Quality control and documentation: Perform quality checks on cars and document all actions and efforts to ensure high-quality and flawless production.
• Internal communication: Act as an important contact person between Carla's purchasing and logistics team and other internal departments to ensure that all parties are updated and that any issues are quickly escalated and addressed.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable about cars, familiar with various repair methods within car production
• Experience in managing cost estimates and budgets in a workshop and production environment
• Several years of experience in production planning or a similar role
• Good computer skills and experience working with various IT systems
• Driver's license B
• Experience in automotive production or a related industry is particularly advantageous
