Purple Recruitment & Interim is now looking for a Customer Support representative for a technology-intensive company in the GGVV region. Here, you will be an important part of an engaged team that works together to provide customers with the best possible service and support.

About the role

As a Customer Support representative, you will have a broad role where you communicate daily with customers via both phone and email. You will handle incoming inquiries, prepare quotes, and manage order processing. Your role also includes providing technical advice regarding the company's products and solutions, following up on deliveries, and informing customers of any changes. You will also be involved in campaign work and proactive customer engagement in close collaboration with the sales team.

You will be a key person in contact with customers, both new and existing, and have an important function in ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys combining technology, service, and problem-solving in their daily work. Perhaps you have previously worked in the industry or production and want to take the next step in your career, or you already have experience in customer service within a technical field.

You have experience in customer service, order management, or sales, and you have an interest in technology, preferably with some familiarity in reading technical drawings. You are a structured and reliable person with good collaboration skills, and you find it easy to prioritize when the pace is high. Computer proficiency is of great importance, and you can express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
