On behalf of Lendo, we are now looking for someone who wants to continue working in sales and develop within insurance. You will work at Sweden's largest comparison service for personal and business loans. Lendo is part of the global media group Schibsted, and in this role, your main task will be to contact existing customers through outgoing calls to convey Lendo's insurance products.

About the position As an insurance salesperson, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps Lendo's customers with insurance coverage. With the phone as your primary working tool, you will use consultative selling to call customers who have applied for a loan with Lendo. You need to understand each customer's unique needs and highlight the value of the insurance in a safe and clear manner. Optimize the conversion rate by matching the right product with the right needs. As an insurance salesperson, you will drive outgoing calls to identify and maximize business opportunities.

Your profile:

• At least 1 year of work experience in sales, preferably over the phone
• Goal-oriented and responsible as a person
• Experience and/or education in economics, banking, and finance is a plus
• Have a trustworthy approach and a genuine interest in the business
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and have good knowledge of English
• Have a completed high school diploma
• Solution-oriented, competitive, and proactive
