As a customer service agent with us, you will work in large, bright premises in Lund with good transport links for those who travel by public transport. If you travel by car, we have a large free parking area adjacent to the building. During the introduction, we prefer that you work on-site with us. Once you are comfortable in your role, there is also the possibility to work remotely on a rotating basis.

You will work in a team where you together are the face of the Bokus brand and can also be trained for other assignments depending on where the need is greatest. Your role involves being the customers' first contact via phone, email, and sometimes chat. Employment type and scope

This is a temporary employment (as needed). The need is initially great, with full-time work (about 40 hours/week). After that, the scope may decrease, but there is also the possibility to work more when the need arises. Working hours are generally scheduled during office hours, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, but evenings and weekends may occur.

Introduction and training

You will receive thorough training in customer service, case management, and of course in the project itself, so that you feel confident in helping customers in the best way.

Salary and conditions

We work with variable pay – we want the work you put in to be reflected in your paycheck. At the same time, security is important to us, which is why you also have a guaranteed monthly salary.

We are affiliated with a collective agreement with Unionen.

Who are we looking for?

For the position, it is required that you:

• have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• have a high school education or equivalent experience

• have previous work experience and references
