We are looking for someone with a background as a software engineer, data center technician, or equivalent, who has a strong interest in IT and technology. Perhaps you enjoy delving into new solutions in your spare time or testing technologies out of pure curiosity. To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy collaborating while also being meticulous, structured, and driven. A strong interest in continuous improvement is seen as a great asset.

Job Responsibilities: 

As a systems engineer, you will:

• Develop and maintain a structured development environment
• Implement continuous upgrades and improvements through new releases and patches
• Analyze needs, changes, and additions in the development environment to meet project requirements
• Participate in investigations regarding security and system improvements
• Work closely with colleagues in an agile working method (scrum/sprints, retrospectives) with tight collaboration across team boundaries

Competence Requirements:

• IT background – through education, experience, or personal interest
• Experience in data center management, networks, and applications
• Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows 
• Understanding of DevOps
• Experience in automation (e.g., scripting, Ansible, or similar)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
