We are now looking for temporary substitutes for our team at Myrbottenvägen. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! The position is a special fixed-term employment as a housing supporter.  About Myrbottenvägen  Myrbottenvägen's group home is located in Munkedal in the stale area. Accessibility by public transport is limited. Myrbottenvägen's group home is an LSS accommodation aimed at individuals with diagnoses within the autism spectrum and intellectual disabilities. The operation consists of 6 apartments and common areas. Myrbottenvägen is an active and structured operation. As a temporary substitute with us, you will be part of a driven work group with extensive experience in pedagogical work. 

About the role In the role of housing supporter, you will start from the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you will work towards the goal of making the day meaningful and rich in content. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call.

You will have a group manager close to you who works part of their time in the operation. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.  

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in care and welfare or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow. A driver's license is a requirement.
