Information about the position

DigiPlant is primarily a product company that develops and sells the SBS Manager® platform but also works with consulting in digitalization. SBS Manager® is a complete internet-based operational support for organizations managing larger and complex application processes. The product is well-known in the market and is currently used by many larger banks, foundations, companies, non-profit and public organizations such as SEB, the Artists' Fund, the Cancer Foundation, Swedbank's Ownership Foundations, and Börje Salming's ALS Foundation.

DigiPlant is growing, and we at Professionals Nord are looking for a market-oriented and technical project manager on behalf of DigiPlant. Job responsibilities

As a project manager, you are the coordinating link between the customers and DigiPlant. Their customers are primarily within foundations, public sector organizations, and larger companies where your focus and interest lie in getting to know their operations and needs. You will have a central role regarding planning, delivery, and communication both externally and internally. Externally, you maintain a close dialogue with customers to match DigiPlant's platform with customers' systems and market needs. Internally, you have a close dialogue with developers, salespeople, and colleagues in the same role.

You will work with needs analysis and be proactive in improvement proposals or other development opportunities in the platform that you drive together with DigiPlant's developers. You will have the coordinating role in projects and be responsible for budget and set deadlines. DigiPlant's customers are located all over Sweden, and there will be day trips a few times a month.

We are looking for you who:

We see that you have experience working with technical solutions and project management, for example, from roles such as technical project manager, application specialist, or change leader. You preferably have experience in system implementation, process mapping, and agile project management. You are a confident and trustworthy person who is used to building long-term relationships and creating added value for customers in B2B. You have good social skills and experience in planning and driving processes forward at both a high level and a detail-focused level in projects. You have a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

You are a confident and communicative person who enjoys meeting others, where you build trusting and long-term relationships. Your curiosity and attentiveness are combined with a business-oriented focus, where you always have the customer's and the business's best interests in mind. With your quality awareness and delivery drive, you work purposefully to achieve set goals. You are comfortable setting requirements and managing expectations, both internally in the team and externally towards the customer. As a person, you are structured and meticulous, with a natural sense of detail. At the same time, you have the ability to take overall responsibility and lead projects forward, whether it is done independently or in close collaboration with others.
