Business Developer at Saab Dynamics

Do you want to help drive the development of our procurement processes and contribute to our digitalization journey? Saab Dynamics is now looking for a Business Developer to join our PM&T team (Processes, Methods, and Tools) in Linköping or Karlskoga. With us, you will play a key role in shaping the future procurement function.

Your Role

Your main task will be to drive our digitalization agenda, aiming to seamlessly integrate our IT systems with each other and with our processes. You will be supported by Saab's IT and digitalization team, which manages the technical solutions. In addition to digitalization, you will also work with traditional business development, driving process development and optimization to ensure more efficient workflows.

Part of your role involves analyzing and following up on process results to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities. You will also be responsible for training and coaching employees in the new ways of working and processes, so that the entire organization can work towards common goals.

Another important aspect of your work is to ensure that Saab's procurement strategy, policies, and procedures are implemented uniformly across the organization, creating long-term success and sustainable work processes.

Your Profile

You are a structured and analytical person with strong drive and a natural ability to take initiative. Collaboration is something you highly value, and you thrive on working with others to achieve common goals. Systematically working on improvements, both big and small, is a significant motivator for you.

We are looking for someone with a relevant higher education or equivalent extensive experience in business development, as well as experience in digitalization and IT-related issues. Experience with the IFS business system, the QlickSense analysis tool, and work in procurement and procurement quality is advantageous.

Since our work involves collaboration with both local and international contacts from various departments, language skills in both Swedish and English are necessary to ensure clear and effective communication, helping us maintain high quality and efficiency in our processes.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
