DNB is one of the leading players in banking, finance, and insurance in the Nordic region and the clear market leader in Norway. In Sweden, several of the group's business areas are represented, including DNB Finance.

DNB Finance's operations are divided into three areas: Car Financing, Leasing, and Autolease. DNB now wants to strengthen the team within claims and insolvency management with a student employee. This role is perfect for you who want to gain practical experience in property and contract law in case management and customer dialogue while learning about debt collection.

You will be part of a close-knit team where colleagues have extensive experience in insolvency and debt collection. Here, you work in a supportive climate where collaboration and knowledge sharing are important factors.

About the Position

In this role, you will work in a team that handles cases early in the debt collection process. Your focus will be to help customers with payment problems find solutions before their case escalates further. You will have significant trust in the role to reason your way to decisions in various customer situations to achieve the best possible solution.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Receiving calls from customers and finding sustainable payment solutions 
• Managing and administering reminder chains, debt collection demands, and disputes 
• Assessing customers' payment ability

Qualifications and Characteristics

To thrive in this role, we see that you are a curious and responsible person who dares to challenge and contribute new ideas. You are engaged and want to understand the whole to develop in the role. To succeed, you also need to have the ability to independently analyze situations based on contract law and make well-founded decisions.

We are looking for someone who has at least two years left in their studies, preferably in law, economics, or a similar field.

Additionally, you have:

• Previous experience in service, customer support, or phone contact
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious Experiences

• Language skills beyond Swedish and English

Other Information

• Start: Immediately
• Location: DNB's office in central Stockholm. We offer a hybrid solution where you can work from home two days a week. During your introduction, you will be on-site at the office
• Scope: Part-time alongside studies, about 2-3 days a week (can be divided into full or half days), with the possibility of full-time during school breaks like Christmas and summer
• Salary: Hourly wage
