The recruitment is done in collaboration with Hero – you will be employed directly by the company!

In this role, you will work with warm leads, meaning customers who already have a relationship with the company. Your focus will be on helping existing customers enhance their current solutions. 

You will work alongside a dedicated sales team, where structure, collaboration, and a fast pace are a natural part of everyday life. Everyone in the team shares a common focus on results and supports each other to achieve both individual and collective success!

• Contacting existing customers by phone to offer complementary products.
• Managing the entire sales cycle – from initial calls to closed deals
• Contributing to the team's success through active participation and collaboration
• Participating in internal sales competitions, training, and team activities

• Has previous sales experience and is used to working over the phone.
• Is communicative, attentive, and skilled at building trust
• Is curious about technology and wants to learn more about the energy sector
• Is driven and enjoys working in a results-oriented environment.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in the energy industry is not a requirement; you will receive complete introduction and training in the company's products and systems.
