Do you want to work with a strong brand, market-leading design, and high quality? Beslag Design is now looking for a dedicated field salesperson for the Stockholm district – a key role in developing our business and strengthening our market position. About the position

This position is a direct recruitment, meaning that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Beslag Design.

Responsibilities

As a field salesperson at Beslag Design, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing existing partnerships while also identifying new business opportunities. You will meet kitchen studios, retailers, architects, interior designers, and manufacturers – acting as an ambassador for one of the strongest brands in the Nordic region in fittings and interior details.

The role offers great freedom: you plan your customer visits, drive the business forward, and build long-term relationships. You will receive a thorough introduction and become part of a dedicated sales team with strong support from the entire organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Nurturing and developing existing customer relationships
  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities
  • Meeting and collaborating with kitchen studios, retailers, architects, interior designers, and manufacturers
  • Planning and conducting customer visits independently
  • Driving business forward and building long-term relationships

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• At least three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with premium products

• A clear business sense and familiarity with customer-specific inquiries and quotes

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• A valid driver's license and experience traveling in your district

• Experience in kitchens, interior design, or construction is an advantage
