Job Description for Personal Assistant.

We are now looking for a temporary personal assistant for one of our female clients, as well as a substitute who can work during absences, illness, and other leave.

For these positions, we are looking for someone who is calm and flexible. You need to be stable and resilient as some days can be very busy while others are less so.

We believe you appreciate routines, but sometimes they need to be broken, and you should be proactive, able to anticipate what might happen. Handle broken routines and then return to routines.

Examples of common tasks:

As an assistant, you will work in a structured manner and follow the daily schedule that the client has. You will work independently but maintain close contact with the client's relatives and legal guardian. The client has her own apartment but is sometimes with her family.

You will support the client in her daily life and participate in daily activities. In consultation with the client's relatives and your colleagues, you will plan and ensure that activities in the client's daily life function, including health care, etc.

Regular care work, including tube feeding and managing a stoma.

Regular household tasks, where you are responsible for tidying up what you have used and performing the cleaning that the client would normally do at home.

Some experience working with an iPad and structuring daily life is an advantage. Experience in autism, intellectual disabilities, chromosomal abnormalities, and/or visual impairment is also a plus.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in autism, intellectual disabilities, visual impairment, tube feeding, and stoma is an advantage.
• Personal qualities: calm and flexible.
• Responsible and good at collaborating with your colleagues, the client, and the client's relatives.

Additional Information

• Employment type: Temporary employment and on-call employment
• Extent: Part-time.
• Working hours: You will work on a rolling schedule, with some night shifts as well as daytime. 11-hour shifts.
• Start date: As soon as possible, but no later than January 19.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The workplace is located 30 km south of Örnsköldsvik. You need to be able to get to and from the workplace on your own, which is why we see that you have your own car. You do not need a car for work.
