Korskyrkan in Vetlanda, part of Equmeniakyrkan, is seeking an engaged 50% pastor who wants to contribute to the spiritual and communal life of the congregation.

About the position

As a pastor with us, you will be a central part of the congregation's work focusing on:

• Worship services and liturgical leadership
• Member care and personal conversations
• Bible studies and prayer gatherings
• Support and engagement for our older members

The congregation also has an outreach program with weekly lunches, where we particularly invite people from Ukraine – but these lunches are open to anyone who wants to participate.

We are looking for someone who

• Has pastoral experience and preferably theological education
• Is warm, attentive, and has a heart for people of all ages
• Has experience or wants to engage in community life, worship leadership, and spiritual guidance
• Wants to contribute to both the inner life of the congregation and its outreach activities
