In our world, we have one of the most important missions, to meet, support, and help girls who, for some reason, need to be placed with us. Sörby Acute HVB is a smaller accommodation with seven places for girls aged 12–18, placed according to LVU or SoL. Our treatment model is based on low-arousal approach (LAB), trauma-informed care (TMO), and Connect – a method based on attachment theory that helps us understand young people's behavior and needs in depth. ABOUT THE POSITIONAs a social pedagogue at Sörby Acute HVB, you work closely with the youth and play an important role in their daily lives and development. Your tasks include, among others: - Being a contact person - Documentation – record-keeping, implementation plans, monthly reports, etc. - Planning and conducting meetings with social services, healthcare contacts, schools, and networks - Working preventively with risk assessments - Performing interventions according to HSL after medication delegation - Participating in the youth's daily life – planning and executing activities WHO ARE YOU?We are looking for someone with a genuine commitment to youth and a big heart for social treatment work. In this role, it is important that you show great empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when needed. You are secure in yourself, have a professional approach, and thrive in an environment where flexibility and responsibility are crucial. The job involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, and you have good communication and collaboration skills. QUALIFICATIONS -Educated social worker, behavioral scientist, or social pedagogue/treatment educator (at least 2 years of relevant post-secondary education) - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Good computer skills Desirable experience: - Previous experience in treatment work with children and youth - Experience working according to LAB, TMO, or Connect - Documentation work and medication management We place great importance on personal suitability and your willingness to make a difference.
