ABOUT US Källtorp HVB is a small, family-oriented and health-promoting organization located in the rural area of Gullspång municipality. We offer 6 places for girls aged 14–19 with psychosocial issues and various self-destructive behaviors as well as emotional regulation problems. We accept placements from all over Sweden according to SoL and LVU, and work based on our mission with individual implementation plans where each young person's needs, strengths, and resources are at the center. OUR WORKING METHOD For us, relationships are key. By building honest relationships, trust, and being present, we create a safe environment where young people can grow, develop, and receive support to find their way forward. We use evidence-based methods with CBT as the foundation of our treatment work, such as: - MI (Motivational Interviewing) - Low Arousal Approach and Salutogenic Attitude - Equine-assisted interventions – structured and goal-oriented lessons as a complement to CBT We work with continuous learning and offer ongoing training in current methods and approaches for all our staff. ABOUT THE POSITION As a social pedagogue at Källtorp HVB, you work closely with the young people and have an important role in their daily lives and development. Your tasks include, among other things: - Being a contact person - Documentation – record-keeping, implementation plans, monthly reports, etc. - Planning and conducting meetings with social services, healthcare contacts, schools, and networks - Working preventively with risk assessments - Carrying out interventions according to HSL after medication delegation - Participating in the young people's daily lives – with both structure and care Location: Gullspång. We are looking for someone who has a strong drive and wants to contribute with your commitment and focus on our young people's well-being. You are a positive person with good collaboration skills and have a solution-focused attitude. You need to be able to handle a sometimes challenging psychosocial work environment and be an important role model for the young people. Qualifications: - Educated social worker, behavioral scientist, or social pedagogue/treatment pedagogue (at least 2 years of relevant post-secondary education) - Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing - Good computer skills Desirable experiences: - Treatment work with children/youth - Methods such as CBT, MI, LAB, RePulse, and/or ERGT - Documentation work and medication management We place great importance on personal suitability. OTHER: A manual B driver's license is required for the position. An extract from the Police Authority's criminal and suspicion register for staff at HVB is always required before employment. The position involves working on a favorable rolling day/evening/night/weekend schedule. Salary: According to agreement, and other compensations are according to collective agreements.
