As a Business Manager, you will combine IT/Tech, leadership, and business development – and help shape both our teams and our client deliveries.

Your role

In this role, you will build and lead a team of developers, test leaders, and IT specialists. You will be a key person in our continued growth, responsible for both employee development and our client relationships.

You will have a versatile role that includes:

• Networking & Recruitment – attracting, searching, interviewing, and matching the right consultants to our clients or partners.
• Client Relations & Sales – developing long-term client collaborations, prospecting new business, and following up on deliveries.
• Personnel Responsibility – coaching, supporting, and following up with consultants to ensure both well-being and professional development.
• Relationship Building – creating community and engagement through activities and initiatives at the individual, team, and company level.

In short: you will be the spider in the web that helps people, businesses, and deliveries grow together.

Who we are looking for

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience in sales & recruitment within the IT/Tech consulting industry.
• Post-secondary education and a strong drive to further develop.
• A natural ability to create and nurture relationships – with both clients and senior IT specialists.
• Business acumen and experience in driving the entire process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Fluency in spoken and written (Swedish and English)

You are curious, engaged, and have a genuine interest in people, technology, and business.
