Customer Receptionist for Our Car Workshop

We are now looking for a service-minded and driven customer receptionist for our car workshop. The tasks include booking customers for service and repairs, planning jobs for the mechanics, processing payments from customers, and ordering spare parts. You should have a good knowledge of cars and be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish. A strong focus is placed on providing excellent service and achieving customer satisfaction.

We want you to be passionate about working with people and service. You who apply should find it easy to connect with new people and thrive in a flexible work environment. You should also have a very good sense of service.

You should be:

• Engaged, responsible, and service-oriented
• Automotive technical education or experience in the automotive industry
• Organized
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Holder of a B driver's license

The position is a full-time job. We apply a six-month probationary period followed by a permanent employment and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously.
