Job Summary

As a Digital Performance & Growth Expert with us, you will play a central role in driving and developing our digital marketing in the Nordic market. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that create clear business results – from increased brand awareness to qualified leads and conversions. 

We are on an exciting journey where the marketing department is growing, and you will play a key role in driving digital initiatives and measuring their effects. Here, you will combine your analytical mind with practical hands-on work in digital channels such as Google Ads, SEO, social media, and conversion optimization. With a strong focus on data and results, you will optimize our investments and ensure that our marketing efforts yield the best possible results. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, being the one who drives initiatives forward and ensures that we stay ahead in the development of digital marketing methods.

You will: 

  • Create and drive smart digital strategies that boost lead generation and conversion - all the way from the first click to business 
  • Create, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and SEO with a sense of tone and an analytical eye on the results 
  • Dive into data and KPIs to make the best decisions and maximize ROI 
  • Be the bridge between us, agencies, and other teams - you will drive the requirements and ensure that everything lands correctly 
  • Allocate budget to relevant and results-driven actions, which you distribute and prioritize for the best effect across several Nordic countries and business areas. You analyze results and ensure that our marketing generates measurable engagement from customers. 
  • Test and optimize our website with A/B testing and CRO to make the customer journey as smooth as possible 
  • Keep an eye on digital trends and quickly translate them into practical improvements 
  • Present results and insights to management clearly and engagingly.

We believe you:

  • Have solid experience in digital marketing where you have owned lead generation and delivered results that are visible on the bottom line 
  • Are a doer who enjoys working operationally and paying attention to details, but also lifts your gaze to build strategies and plan for the future
  • Love numbers and data, and have an analytical mind that helps you find the gems in reports and dashboards. Others might call you a number nerd, but you believe that the key to impactful marketing efforts is to keep track of your data 
  • Master the entire digital customer journey and know how to optimize for both traffic, conversion, and ROI 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment where you can drive both strategy and operational work across multiple markets and companies 
  • Are technically sharp in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and website optimization 
  • Communicate skillfully and easily build relationships, both with internal and external parties. You are an experienced requirements setter who keeps the collaboration together. 
  • Fluently speak and write at least one Nordic language, as well as English 

It is also a bonus if you... 

  • Have worked at an agency or have experience in setting requirements and collaborating with external marketing agencies 
  • Have practical experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization 
  • Are used to planning and following up on digital budgets 
  • Have worked with digital markets in several countries, preferably in a Nordic or international context

The position is based at Culligan Sweden's headquarters in Sollentuna, Stockholm.
