Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy and contribute to a smooth daily life.

About the position

The role of personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, committed, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. We prefer female applicants for the position, but great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a woman in her 30s living in Järvsö
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• holds a driver's license and has access to a car
• is non-smoking
• can work a schedule that only involves night shifts

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience working as a personal assistant or in another healthcare profession
• share the client's interests

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is at 83%. The position has a rolling schedule of 4 weeks. The working hours are only night shifts with active time. The shifts are scheduled during weekdays and every other weekend during odd weeks.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.
