About Apoteket Lejonet

Here at Apoteket Lejonet, we want to welcome you to a team consisting of four pharmacists and two technicians, plus a manager. Apoteket Lejonet is a medium-sized pharmacy centrally located near shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. We have a steady stream of all kinds of nice customers with diverse concerns and questions. We also handle local healthcare orders.

Vetlanda is a thriving small town close to nature, but it also offers all the conveniences of city life.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have several years of experience from pharmacies.
• You have experience working with prescription dispensing.
• You have a particular interest in self-care, digital counseling, quality, or mentoring.
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
• We believe you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
