Expected Competence
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Account Management within customer-focused e-commerce solutions
- Interest in networking and social selling. An existing network within e-commerce is a significant advantage
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will develop our existing customers and actively drive new customer acquisition.
You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, upselling, and profitability for a selection of key accounts. Here, you contribute to deepening the partnership through high-quality deliveries and by challenging and inspiring the customer to the next step in their e-commerce journey. With an eye for cross-sales, you identify new needs and match them with the entire Columbus offering.
At the same time, you will be proactive in building new customer relationships. Through proactive work, networking, and curiosity, you create new business opportunities and drive sales towards set goals. We encourage you to take an active role in our sales events and various initiatives – both as a participant and initiator.
