We are currently looking for new colleagues for our customer service assignment for Åhléns – the department store that helps Sweden with everything from the latest fashion to home decor details. With us at Xzakt Kundrelation in Gävle, you will assist their customers with everything from orders to memberships, ensuring that the entire experience is smooth – from click to delivery.

As part of our Åhléns team in Gävle, you will assist customers with everything from orders and discounts to questions about products and memberships. You will receive paid training and support from the team throughout your journey.

In practice, this means that you:

Assist customers via phone, chat, and email Answer questions about orders, memberships, and terms Handle complaints, returns, and other customer inquiries Represent Åhléns in a fair and solution-oriented manner
